Getting started

A MOLI deployment is a translation of your processes into MOLI, done by people who have done it on other floors. Here is the order it happens in, what each step costs you in time, and where the risk sits: with us, until the pilot has run.

Two people map how information flows through a factory in a tabletop exercise: printed diagrams for each area, one marked Shipping, with a laptop, a tablet and a TV for supplemental data
  1. 1. A conversation

Which workcenter hurts most: the one with the most audits, the most re-entry, or the most know-how carried by a few experienced people. That is where the pilot goes.

    Who MOLI fits

    • Contract and regulated manufacturers with 25 to 500 employees
    • ISO 9001 certified or working toward it; the more audits, the stronger the fit
    • Multi-shift operations, where know-how has to reach every shift
    • Injection molding, CNC machining, assembly, optics, additive, and chemical and pharmaceutical work
    • Facilities with customer audits, a high product mix, or ITAR obligations

  2. 2. The pilot: thirty days to build, ninety to run

A MOLI Pilot Program is a structured, all-inclusive engagement that gets MOLI running at a focused set of workcenters — and runs it long enough to generate real ROI and operational data that's yours to keep.

We identify your most pressing quality and production issues, address them first, and then build on our results to justify and plan a full rollout.

  3. 3. Implementation: discovery to go-live

Scanning your work instructions into a PDF is digitization.

Rebuilding them as live, interactive, version-controlled documents that guide operators step by step, capture data at each stage, and trigger notifications when something isn't right — that is digitalization.

Implementation Services exist to adapt your process to the digital medium. Your current processes — the documented ones and the ones that live in people's heads — become the blueprint for your MOLI deployment.

  4. 4. Training: your trainers first

Perdix Software delivers MOLI training however your organization learns best.

The most common delivery model is train-the-trainer: Perdix trains your designated internal trainers, who carry that knowledge into your shifts. It is efficient, sustainable, and puts ownership of MOLI knowledge inside your operation — not dependent on us.

Other models supplement or burst training as needed.

  5. 5. Running: the subscription

A MOLI Software License Subscription is not just an annual SaaS fee. The SLS includes your provisioned access to core feature and integration modules, dedicated server infrastructure, updates coordinated around your production calendar, round-the-clock system monitoring, and direct access to the software team.

Each step earns the next one.

If a pilot fits, it runs on your real jobs at the workcenters you choose, with the operators who run them every day. The results are yours to judge.
