MOLI Implementation Services Include

  • Discovery. Implementation begins with your operation. We document your current workflows, work instructions, quality records, and escalation paths — on paper, in binders, or in people's heads.
  • Template Development. Your work instructions, job travelers, checklists, and quality records are rebuilt using MOLI — live, versioned, and tied to your jobs and parts.
  • Workflow Configuration. All primary routes, rules, approvals, trees, logic, and triggers are configured, documented, and tested.
  • Integration Wiring. Activated integrations are connected and tested.
  • Commissioning & Go-Live. Phased launches with on-site support each launch + iterative changes.

Training Services

Perdix Software delivers MOLI training however your organization learns best.

The most common delivery model is train-the-trainer: Perdix trains your designated internal trainers, who carry that knowledge into your shifts. It is efficient, sustainable, and puts ownership of MOLI knowledge inside your operation — not dependent on us.

Other models supplement or burst training as needed.

Training Delivery Models

  • Train-the-Trainer. Perdix trains your designated internal trainers on MOLI operator workflows, administrator functions, and template authoring. Your trainers then own the rollout to their teams.
  • Direct Operator Training. On-site training delivered to operators at the workcenter — shift by shift, workcenter by workcenter if needed.
  • Administrator & Configuration Training. Deeper training for MOLI administrators on template authoring, workflow configuration, report generation, and system management.
  • Shadowing. Perdix trainers work alongside your team during live production — answering questions in context, documenting edge cases, and reinforcing correct patterns as they happen in real conditions.
  • Video & Demo Production. Structured recordings for new-hire onboarding, SOP reference, or self-paced training delivery — built around your actual MOLI templates and workflows, not generic demos.

Additional Project Services

Customizing · Extending · Building

When the standard configuration isn't quite the right configuration.

The MOLI System. Extended for Your Operation.

MOLI ships with a substantial library of modules, workflows, and integrations. Most deployments go live on the standard configuration. Some operations require something more specific — a custom integration with a legacy ERP, a specialty module for a unique production process. Project Services exist for those situations.

Project Services are scoped and priced per engagement — a defined scope, a defined deliverable, and a team that knows MOLI well enough to extend it without breaking it.

What Project Services Cover

  • Custom Integrations. Connections to ERP, MES, QMS, or other systems or devices beyond the standard integration catalog — including legacy, proprietary, bespoke, or on-premises platforms.
  • Specialty Module Development. Workflow modules, data capture forms, export formats, tools, or automations built for production processes outside of the MOLI Core.
  • Signage, Reporting, and Dashboards. Custom Digital Signage, reports, exports, and dashboards built around your specific KPIs and data structures.
  • System Migrations & Data Transformations. Moving historical records, templates, or configurations from legacy systems into MOLI.
  • Compliance Validation Packages. Specific customer-directed configuration, documentation, or validation support beyond standard implementation.
