The MOLI Pilot Program

MOLI Pilot Program

build · run · prove · deploy

Start at your most pressing workcenters. Scale when the results prove it.

A MOLI Pilot Program is a structured, all-inclusive engagement that gets MOLI running at a focused set of workcenters — and runs it long enough to generate real ROI and operational data that's yours to keep.

We identify your most pressing quality and production issues, address them first, and then build on our results to justify and plan a full rollout.

How It Works

Every MOLI Pilot follows a similar two-phase structure, adapted to your operation:

  • 30 Days: Build Discovery · Configure · Commission
  • 90 Days: Run Operate · Measure · Iterate

During the Build Phase, we document your current workflows at the selected workcenters, configure your MOLI templates and routing logic, wire your priority integrations, deploy the loaned hardware, and train your team. At the end of 30 days, MOLI is live.

During the Run Phase, you operate — and we support. We iterate on configuration based on what production reveals, then review the outcomes together before expanding the rollout.

What's Included

  • Implementation Consulting. Discovery, template development, workflow configuration, integration wiring, and commissioning — the full deployment cycle, scoped to your pilot workcenters and workflows.
  • MOLI Software License. Full platform access for all pilot workcenters for the duration of the pilot.
  • Training. Operator and administrator training delivered to your team.
  • Pilot Support. Direct access to the MOLI team throughout the engagement.
  • Pilot Hardware Loan. MOLI Certified Devices for your pilot workcenters — loaned for the pilot period.
  • Priority Integration. Connection to your ERP or other system — eliminate manual entry from the start.

Funding Opportunities

Manufacturing productivity and top-line growth technology adoption projects frequently qualify for grant funding through state, federal, and local programs. A MOLI Pilot Program is well-positioned: a scoped engagement with defined deliverables, clear ROI objectives, and measurable outcomes.

  • MEP (Manufacturing Extension Partnership):
The NIST MEP National Network has a Center in every state offering co-investment programs, subsidized consulting, and technology adoption grants. In New York, FuzeHub and regional centers such as NextCorps and TDO administer programs targeted specifically at small and mid-sized manufacturers.
  • State Workforce and Technology Programs:
Many states fund workforce development, operational technology adoption, and shop floor digitalization as economic development priorities. In New York, special programs are also available for manufacturers in the semiconductor, aerospace / defense, and optics / photonics supply chains.
  • What Qualifies: Grant funds can typically be applied to consulting, training, and implementation services.

Typical Pilot Engagement

Pilot Programs are priced by the number of workcenters included in the pilot scope and the length of the pilot.

The example below is a common starting point:

  • 5 Workcenters Pilot Scope
  • $12,500 All-Inclusive MSRP
  • 120 Days 30 Build + 90 Run

The Pilot Fee includes consulting, implementation, licensing, hardware loan, integrations, training, and support for the full Pilot Engagement, and is credited in full toward a Full MOLI Deployment.

Your people run your real jobs, and what they record becomes the evidence for your rollout decision. If you go ahead, the whole fee is credited toward the rollout.
