MOLI Alerts

real-time or scheduled contextual notices with a severity level

A MOLI kiosk screen listing active alerts of every severity, each with its own color and icon

The right message. The right moment. The right people.

MOLI Alerts are contextual notices tied directly to the jobs, machines, workcenters, items, and people they concern.

Active Alerts appear when their associated content is on-screen. Or set an Alert system-wide to surface it everywhere simultaneously.

How It Works

Each Alert carries a headline, a message body, a severity level, and optional photos. Alerts can be active continuously or scheduled with start and end times — useful for planned maintenance, shift-specific notices, or time-bounded quality holds.

Alerts can be marked dismissable, allowing personnel to clear them after acknowledging the content. Dismissal requires re-authentication — creating a time-stamped record of who saw what.

Eight Severity Levels

  • High — urgent operational issues requiring immediate attention
  • Medium — important conditions that are not yet critical
  • Low — non-urgent conditions worth noting
  • Info — general awareness: process updates, announcements, contextual guidance
  • Notice — persistent pinned information: standing instructions, policy changes, and reminders
  • Training — uncertified training / unresolved assessments, skill matrix gaps
  • Quality — quality holds, material non-conformances, and process alerts
  • Special — custom-purpose severity for facility-specific signaling conventions

Help that knows who to call.

A raised hand deserves an answer, and a safety alert deserves the floor's full attention. MOLI gets the word to whoever should hear it, and each call is logged with its time.
